Carolina Muñoz M.
Lawyer from the Universidad de Chile.
She has a diploma in Law and Real Estate (2014) and another in Intellectual Property (2015), both from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Before joining Villaseca Abogados, she headed the Legal and Intellectual Property Unit of the Innovation Department of the Vice-Rector for Research and Development of the Universidad de Chile, where she worked as a lawyer. She also has extensive experience as an external lawyer for companies such as Entel, Inmobiliaria Calicanto and Constructora Marabierto.
She is part of the Innovation and Plant Variety Protection Department at Villaseca Abogados, with focus on technology transfer contracts, as well as on corporate and contractual issues in general.
