Please be advised that as from July 01, 2019, the cases related to plant variety agreements, as well as those involving technology transfer in the other areas of the industry, the corporate and contractual issues in general, will be assumed by Carolina Muñoz in replacement of María Isabel Martínez and Blas Bellolio, who will leave the Firm to take on new professional challenges.

Carolina Muñoz, lawyer with extensive experience in Innovation Direction in the  Research and Development Vice-Presidency of Universidad de Chile, will assume responsibility over these cases, under the technical direction of our Partner Loreto Vera and the legal support of our Senior Advisor Sergio Amenábar.
