World Trademark Review has recently published an article by the General Counsel of Villaseca Abogados, Sergio Amenábar, on the final decision of the Supreme Court in Antumanal, a hotel trademark case.

The Supreme Court, in a decision issued on December 13 2017, confirmed the first and second instance decisions of the inferior Courts and rejected a recourse filed by the owners of 12.5% ​​of the mark for the unauthorized use of the mark against the majority owner (87.5%).
