Netfruit, a startup that seeks to digitize the fruit and vegetable industry in Chile, obtained the patent of invention to protect its technology, thanks to the advice of Villaseca Abogados.

The agricultural firm, founded by the Spaniards Salvador Gómez and Juan Horacio Mañas and the Chilean Martín Strazza, already has three machines to improve productivity and efficiency in the agricultural value chain.

The associate of Villaseca Abogados, Oscar Isler Soto, told PortalFrutícola.com the importance of this achievement for the agricultural industry and gave some advice for inventors who want to start this process.

“Before filing a patent application, the characteristics of the markets and the industry of the country where it is filed must be considered.
